In order to fill the remaining Sundays of Gracetide, the pastor may select from the following optional propers those that best address the curent needs and circumstances of the local church. It is preferable that the various selections should be utilized according to a succeeding pattern (e.g., Gracetide 14, Gractide 17, Gracetide 19, etc.) in order to fill the remaining Sundays of this liturgical season. For bulletin purposes the Sundays of Gracetide may be simply designated as "The Lord's Day [of Gracetide]," followed by the designated proper, i.e., "Optional [Gracetide] Proper 19: Prayer."
